Summary: In the role of Senior Network Architect, you will shape the strategic direction of the technology estate by collaborating with stakeholders and business architecture. Your responsibilities will include defining network solutions, creating roadmaps, and ensuring adherence to technical governance while exploring new technology trends. You will also mentor junior engineers and lead the implementation of network services to enhance productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business partners to discover requirements and define network solutions.
• Present solutions to stakeholders, including design and cost models.
• Investigate new network solutions to enhance business operations.
• Define strategic network solutions in accordance with roadmap directions.
• Investigate and define designs for automation of network engineering processes.
• Ensure proper documentation during handover of solutions to engineering/operations teams.
• Proactively identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate service capacity and performance, making recommendations for changes.
• Collaborate with design and planning teams to refine designs and address issues.
• Support vendor interactions for technical designs and troubleshooting.
• Provide escalation support within the Network engineering team.
• Act as a coach and mentor for junior engineers.

• Expertise in Cisco technology (ISE/DNAC/Wireless).
• Excellent design and architecture skills with experience in agile delivery methods.
