Summary: The role is for an onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT and networking support. The position involves handling desktop support, hardware installation, and troubleshooting various operating systems. The engineer will work on a contractual basis, with tasks dispatched according to their availability. Compensation is offered on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT and networking support for casual freelancing tasks.
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, including desktop support and hardware installation.
- Assist with server and rack-related tasks, including hardware replacement.
- Provide console access support for routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage tickets dispatched according to area and availability.
Key Skills:
