Detailed Description From Employer:

The client is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to assist in a network refresh and expansion of their entire network. This will affect 45 out of the 65 facilities and their data center. They will be rebuilding and reengineering the network team. Design and documentation is required in this position. This role is similar to a Lead Network Engineer as it does include project ownership, architecture involvement, and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads architecture, design, and enterprise network stratgy
  • Requires CCNP
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Comfortable mentoring a team, owning large projects and being an escalation point
  • Familiarity with Azure, VOIP, security standards and enterprise tools

This individual should have experience with advanced working technologies within networking. There are currently 2 physical datacenters, but there is a possibility of a potential hybrid environment in the future.

CCNP is REQUIRED

Experience can substitute for a degree.

  • Must be willing to come into the Nashville office 4x a week when not traveling - office is located in Brentwood
  • Must be okay with working for a prison and going into them
  • Soft skills: good attitude, willing to put in the extra work, passionate and motivated to learn

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $57.00/hr.
