Summary: The role of Technical Solution Architect - Network involves managing and supporting customer MPN delivery while serving as the technical authority. The position requires active SC clearance and entails troubleshooting network connectivity issues, collaborating with various stakeholders, and producing migration documentation. The role is hybrid, with a focus on the Suffolk area and occasional travel to London for meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage/support/technical authority for customer MPN Delivery
- Technical lead and participate in the delivery of MPN
- Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments
- Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties where & when required
- Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary
- Produce appropriate Migration documentation

- Customer engagement and interaction skills
- Ability to generate quality documentation
- Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity, Mobile Connectivity Solutions
- Excellent knowledge of LAN & WIFI
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing
- General networking, LAN, WAN, MERAKI, WAN to LAN integration, QoS along with general access and security controls
