The Integrated Designer is responsible for bringing ideas to life across digital and print channels, blending strong visual craft with strategic thinking. This role supports the creation of high-quality design assets for digital advertising, email campaigns, and print materials, while also contributing to the evolution of visual storytelling and brand expression.
The ideal candidate balances hands-on production expertise with conceptual thinking, partnering closely with creative, marketing, and client teams to develop work that stands out in a crowded financial landscape. This role goes beyond execution, contributing creative perspective, refining design systems, and helping shape how stories are visually communicated across platforms.

Position Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma for digital design and ad development, with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience producing print layouts in InDesign, including assembling offers, integrating copy, charts, and imagery
- Ability to design and adapt email creative, from building new layouts to updating existing templates
- Hands-on experience creating digital ads for platforms such as Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn, across multiple sizes and formats
- Strong understanding of design systems and brand guidelines, with the ability to apply them consistently and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Creative thinker with the ability to move beyond templated solutions, developing original concepts and visual narratives
- Comfortable pushing past generic financial marketing visuals to create differentiated, engaging work
- Receptive to feedback and experienced collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Exposure to email templates, UI/UX principles, and landing page or web design, with interest in growing in these areas
- Ability to operate as both a conceptual partner and a skilled producer-contributing ideas while executing with precision and efficiency
