Senior MLOps Engineer, Data Engineering | FinOps, Data Transformation | Contract £700-800 per day - Outside IR35 | Hybrid – London | 9-months Contract

Summary: The Senior MLOps Engineer will play a crucial role in transforming the data infrastructure of a leading FinTech company, focusing on the deployment of machine learning models. This position involves building robust pipelines for model deployment and requires collaboration with data scientists to ensure models are production-ready. The role is contract-based for 9 months and offers a competitive daily rate. The working arrangement is hybrid, requiring some presence in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build robust pipelines for model deployment that are repeatable, scalable, and observable.
• Utilize MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker for machine learning operations.
• Implement CI/CD processes for machine learning using tools like GitHub Actions, Argo, or Airflow.
• Manage containerization using Docker/Kubernetes, preferably on AWS.
• Monitor, version, and ensure reproducibility of machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize machine learning models.
• Work with high-scale data environments and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write production-grade code in Python, SQL, or similar languages.

Key Skills:

• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
• Proficiency in CI/CD for machine learning (GitHub Actions, Argo, Airflow).
• Containerization skills (Docker/Kubernetes), ideally on AWS.
• Experience in monitoring, versioning, and reproducibility of ML models.
• Ability to write production-grade code in Python, SQL, or similar languages.
