Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Dynamics 365 solutions aligned to business requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to shape requirements and define the right approach
  • Build and extend system functionality using plugins, workflows, and integrations
  • Use the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
  • Improve existing systems with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability
  • Define and maintain clean data structures and solution design within Dynamics
  • Deliver across the full lifecycle including build, testing, deployment, and release
  • Contribute to version control, environment management, and deployment processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong development experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript or TypeScript

  • Experience working across the full delivery lifecycle of Dynamics solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
  • Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Azure DevOps

This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, understand business needs, and translate them into practical, well-structured solutions. You will be responsible for delivering systems from initial concept through to build, testing, and release, as well as improving and evolving existing implementations.

You will be expected to make sound technical decisions, challenge requirements where needed, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and fit for purpose.
