Summary: The Senior Marketing Sourcing Manager will lead the strategic sourcing function for a global financial technology leader, focusing on developing innovative sourcing strategies across marketing categories. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a category-led strategic sourcing function, crafting optimal sourcing strategies across marketing categories.
- Collaborate with teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies that leverage the organisation's purchasing power.
- Engage with key stakeholders and suppliers to deliver best-in-class sourcing practices.
- Develop medium-term operational plans while considering governance and regulatory contexts.
- Lead and coach team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategic direction by developing and executing category strategies.
- Maximise buying power through innovative thinking and market offerings.
- Promote the sourcing process and build advocacy among Executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for change to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar marketing sourcing role.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience in peer mentoring and project management.
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
- Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply qualification is a plus.
- Previous finance sector experience is advantageous.
