Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager for Northern Europe at Bugaboo will oversee marketing strategies to enhance sales performance and market share during a maternity leave period. This role focuses primarily on the UK/I market while also supporting teams in the Nordics and Australia. The manager will lead a small team, execute multi-channel marketing plans, and collaborate with various departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute regional campaign strategies aligned with cluster objectives, HQ guidelines, and local market needs.
  • Lead and manage multi-channel marketing plans across retail, media, social, PR, email, and influencer marketing.
  • Own the regional marketing calendar, ensuring clear alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to develop 360° marketing plans with retail partners, driving sales and ROI.
  • Align with the Go-to-Market and Trade teams on VM, POS, asset creation, and shop-in-shop executions.
  • Oversee budget control, financial reporting, forecasting, and daily expense tracking.
  • Work with Performance Marketing and CRM teams to ensure aligned communication strategies.
  • Manage local marketing agencies (PR, influencer, etc.).
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team.

Key Skills:

  • A marketing degree (preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of marketing experience.
  • A creative, tactical, and impactful mindset, with a strong ability to think outside the box.
  • Proven experience in retail marketing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing, brand management, and PR.
