WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO We’re looking for a confident, highly engaging individual to play a central role in shaping how the world experiences the Jamie Oliver restaurant brands. As Senior Marketing Manager (FTC), you’ll lead the strategy and execution of marketing across our global restaurant network — building visibility, driving sales, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the heart of the Jamie Oliver brand. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our international franchise partners to bring the brand to life in their markets, creating campaigns, toolkits and creative assets that deliver consistency and impact. In the UK, you’ll oversee marketing for our owned and operated restaurants and cookery schools — using them as the test bed for innovation, guest insight and brand storytelling.

Global Brand Guardian: Drive the global marketing strategy with a franchise-first mindset , ensuring the Jamie Oliver restaurant brand is consistent and impactful in every market.

Campaign & Growth Leader: Plan and execute integrated, sales-driving campaigns across all channels (digital, social, in-restaurant) for both international partners and our UK owned & operated sites.

Performance & Insight: Define key KPIs, track performance, and use market trends and guest insights to continuously elevate our marketing standards globally.

Digital & CRM Strategy: Oversee all restaurant digital channels, manage agency partners, and lead the development of our CRM and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat visits and data growth.

Launch & Partnership Pro: Be the marketing lead for exciting new restaurant openings and provide high-level, ongoing strategic support to our international franchise partners.

Team & Ops Alignment: Mentor the Marketing Executive, manage external agencies, and represent marketing in cross-functional planning to align efforts across commercial, culinary, and operations teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW You’ll be able to demonstrate extensive skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing activities Ideally you will have worked in marketing within the hospitality and/or food and beverage industries but this is not essential If you have experience of marketing in a franchise environment that would be an advantage You should be highly experienced in managing budgets Exposure to effectively collaborating with creative professional to oversee the design and production of print and digital materials and publications with smooth implementation and evaluation is key.
