Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage segmentation, audiences, and contact lists within HubSpot.
  • Set up and maintain workflows and marketing automations.
  • Review and organise CRM data to ensure it is structured and usable for campaigns.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns focused on delegate and ticket sales.
  • Support the delivery of the delegate marketing funnel for the event.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Use ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and enrich relevant contacts.
  • Expand contact lists across multiple industry sectors.
  • Maintain and grow the database to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure campaigns generate qualified leads for ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and CRM/marketing manager.
  • Support wider marketing activity where required.

Delegate Marketing Executive (HubSpot Focus) – Immediate Start | FTC until mid-June

London | 4 days office / 1 day WFH

£35,000 basic (pro rata)

We are currently recruiting for a Delegate Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing international events business on a fixed-term contract until mid-June with an immediate start. The company produces a high-profile summit within the entertainment and creative industries. Originally launched in the US, the event has recently expanded into the UK and attracts senior professionals from a wide range of sectors including media, marketing, fashion, sport, professional services and technology.

This role is ideal for someone with events marketing experience who is confident using HubSpot and enjoys CRM-driven, email-led campaigns focused on delegate and ticket sales.

The Role

The core purpose of the role is to support the commercial team by owning CRM segmentation, email campaigns and lead generation activity, ensuring the sales team are being fed with high-quality leads and ticket opportunities. You will play a key role in building and executing delegate marketing campaigns and ensuring the CRM is structured to support effective outreach and ticket sales.
