Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective email marketing campaigns to drive upsell interest and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate communications for key customer segments in collaboration with various departments.
  • Manage email automation campaigns using Hubspot CRM, ensuring timely and relevant messaging.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Identify upsell opportunities at key customer touchpoints and manage the customer webinar calendar.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience in managing email marketing and automation campaigns.
  • Proficient in using a CRM system, preferably Hubspot.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling messaging.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and analyzing campaign performance.
