Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Value: Help global advertisers measure real business impact by conducting research and analysis that demonstrate the effectiveness of Facebook’s advertising solutions.
- Develop Measurement Strategies: Shape cross-platform and cross-media measurement approaches and learning agendas for global clients.
- Conduct In-Depth Analyses: Design and execute ad effectiveness studies and meta-analyses to assess the impact of various marketing strategies across digital platforms and media channels.
- Promote Best Practices: Advocate for industry-leading measurement methodologies and support their adoption across clients, verticals, and industries.
- Engage with Senior Stakeholders: Present insights to senior clients, provide strategic guidance to internal sales teams, and offer evidence-based recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate on Innovation: Work closely with Product, R&D, and Partnerships teams to refine existing measurement tools and identify new opportunities for product development.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral or social sciences, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in marketing analytics, ad effectiveness research, or similar fields.
- Strong grasp of online advertising, branding, and performance marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness techniques.
- Experience with experimental design, modeling, and quantitative research methods.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for non-technical audiences.
