The Role
Drive NPI and manufacturing readiness for new products and processes.
Lead the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes, production lines and workstations.
Support process validation, producing validation documentation and technical reports.
Provide hands-on manufacturing support for plant assembly operations.
Investigate production issues, including pressure test failures, using RCA and structured problem solving.
Identify and implement improvements to quality, efficiency and process capability.
Support and drive CAPEX projects, including equipment specification, acquisition and implementation.
Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues and deliver successful NPI projects.
About You
You'll be a well-rounded Manufacturing/Process Engineer with:
Proven experience in manufacturing process development, NPI and industrialisation.
Experience setting up production lines, workstations and manufacturing processes.
Strong RCA and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting CAPEX and equipment implementation.
The ability to work across multiple NPI projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
A hands-on approach to solving production and process issues.
Experience with gluing, moulding, brazing and/or pressure testing would be highly desirable.
