Detailed Description From Employer:

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Housing Maintenance Surveyor for a leading Social Supported Housing Service for a minimum of 3 months but ideally for longer, based in DH1 Post Code Area of Durham City Centre, who is really passionate about providing a personal managing service. This role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

You’ll provide predicable, reliable and consistent outcomes to customers, colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of your work and through effective management of your team of Maintenance Surveyors. Supporting the management of contractors within your area of operation, you are responsible for contractor performance to our agreed standards and resolving issues or disputes arising from contractual works. You’ll provide technical expertise and drive quality through surveying that enables us to meet our standards for repairs and deliver on our customer promise.

In return for your commitment, the hirer is able to offer a very competitive day rate of pay of between £200 per day. However if you have worked in such a post at a higher rate previously you are advised to still apply and disclose that rate as the hirer is open to meeting for the right candidate.
