Summary: The Agile Consultant – Business Transformation role is a contract position lasting 4-5 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The consultant will work with a leading global consultancy to implement organizational change in an Agile manner, collaborating with business leaders and senior stakeholders in the public sector. The role requires SC Level clearance and emphasizes a commitment to Agile principles and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a small team to ensure outcomes are delivered to a high standard
• Provide strategic insights that are deliverable in an Agile way
• Work hand in hand with another highly reputable consultancy
• Lead the project when required
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Lead key meetings with senior client stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Minimum Senior Manager level
• 10+ years’ experience of Agile working and transformational change
• Experience working within public sector bodies
• Agile qualification is beneficial
• Must have security level clearance
