Summary: The Agile Consultant – Business Transformation role is a contract position lasting 4-5 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The consultant will work with a leading global consultancy to implement organizational change in an Agile manner, collaborating with business leaders and senior stakeholders in the public sector. The role requires SC Level clearance and emphasizes a commitment to Agile principles and effective team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a small team to ensure outcomes are delivered to a high standard
- Provide strategic insights that are deliverable in an Agile way
- Work hand in hand with another highly reputable consultancy
- Lead the project when required
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Lead key meetings with senior client stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Minimum Senior Manager level
- 10+ years’ experience of Agile working and transformational change
- Experience working within public sector bodies
- Agile qualification is beneficial
- Must have security level clearance
