Summary: The Senior SAP Manager will oversee the strategic transition and delivery of SAP Analytics services for a large European client, facilitating a shift from a European team to a team in India. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic transition and delivery of SAP Analytics services.
- Act as the primary interface for the client’s Overall Analytics Lead.

Senior SAP Manager Program Manager Supplier shall ensure that the assigned Program Manager for the duration of this engagement meets or exceeds the following minimum qualifications and experience requirements.
Strategic Program Perspective (End-to-End)
- The Program Manager must possess proven, extensive experience in the end-to-end design and establishment of complex, large-scale programs, with a focus on strategic setup rather than solely on execution.
- The Program Manager must be able to promote and apply a clear target picture, structure program phases and sequencing, and establishing governance and decision-making logic.
- Demonstrable experience in managing programs of a size, complexity, and level of senior management visibility comparable to the scope of this Statement of Work is required.
Delivery & Industrialization Experience
- The Program Manager must have hands-on experience in successfully scaling solutions from a pilot phase to a global, and industrialized rollout.
- A deep and practical understanding of the strategic balance between standardization and localization, as well as the management of trade-offs between speed, cost, and quality, is mandatory.
- The Program Manager must provide a verifiable track record of leading large-scale transformation and rollout initiatives.
