KBR is seeking a senior, commercially astute Sales Senior Manager to drive growth across its Integrated Solutions business in Europe, covering the full engineering lifecycle including Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, PMC, and EPCM services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of originating and winning major contracts with both international operators (e.g. Shell, TotalEnergies, Equinor) and regional European clients (developers, NOCs, asset owners, infrastructure investors, and local EPC partners). A strong, verifiable network of client relationships and a deep understanding of the European energy and infrastructure landscape are essential.
Key Responsibilities Client Development & Account Leadership Leverage established senior relationships across Shell, TotalEnergies, Equinor, and regional clients to unlock new opportunities. Lead early engagement efforts, positioning KBR from concept and advisory stages through to project execution. Expand KBR’s presence across multiple sectors including energy transition, petrochemicals, refining, hydrogen, and infrastructure. Full-Lifecycle Engineering Services Sales Identify and pursue opportunities across the full project lifecycle: Shape commercial strategies and teaming approaches to align with client delivery models and risk profiles. Opportunity Management & Pursuit Execution Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities. Lead complex pursuits from capture planning through bid submission and negotiation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, competitive, and executable proposals. Market Engagement & Positioning Represent KBR at key industry events, regional project forums, and client workshops. Monitor regional investment trends, regulatory changes, and emerging markets tied to energy transition and decarbonisation. Support regional leadership with actionable insights and market entry strategies. Collaboration & Internal Alignment Partner closely with Technology, Consulting, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions. Ensure seamless transition from business development to project execution with clear alignment on scope, value, and risk.
