Summary: The Senior Manager of Marketing EMEA at SafetyCulture will lead regional marketing efforts across the UK&I and Europe for a 12-month period, focusing on aligning strategies with global marketing, sales, and customer success teams. This role involves managing a small team, executing ABM programs, demand generation initiatives, and regional events to enhance customer engagement and drive pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the field-based marketing plan, ensuring alignment with regional sales and success goals.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of the regional marketing team.
- Develop and run ABM/customer campaigns, demand generation programs, and industry-specific initiatives.
- Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and partner activations.
- Tailor messaging, content, and marketing channels for key markets across Europe.
- Collaborate with global teams across Brand, PR, Product, SEO, Paid, and Social.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, track performance, and report on ROI and commercial impact.
