The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing Operations to lead how a global digital platform communicates with its business partners at scale.
You will shape and deliver a modern, data-driven engagement strategy across multiple digital channels, enabling millions of partners worldwide to interact seamlessly with our products, services, and commercial opportunities.
This is a strategic leadership role combining marketing technology, transformation, and people leadership. You’ll guide a team of managers and specialists while working closely with commercial, product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to deliver impactful partner experiences.
You will also play a key role in a major technology and data transformation programme, helping the organisation evolve toward advanced personalization and scalable digital engagement.
