Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the omnichannel and personalization strategy across digital partner communications
- Scale engagement across email, social and owned digital platforms
- Lead adoption of new marketing technologies and automation capabilities
- Drive measurable business impact through partner-facing campaigns and journeys
- Manage crisis and operational communications when required
- Prioritise initiatives based on business value and long-term strategy
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing team (team managers + specialists)
- Establish data-driven decision making and experimentation practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, product, technical and compliance functions
- Lead teams through organisational and technology change
