Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including variance analysis and commentary
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and analysis
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting financial controls, compliance, and process improvements
- Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Providing ad hoc analysis and support on key finance projects
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis
- Excellent Excel and financial systems skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities

The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Senior Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring strong financial control across the business.

About You
