Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to work with the Morrisons Data, Data Science, and Process Innovation Teams to build and scale enterprise-ready ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML models including predictive, text-embedding, and foundation models.
• Develop and mature ML pipelines using Kubeflow, TFX, and Vertex AI.
• Implement model deployment, monitoring, operations, and support.
• Establish CI/CD/CT and Continuous Machine Learning (CML) practices.
• Implement A/B testing and production model optimization.
• Manage Container Registry and Artifact Registry for ML solutions.
• Ensure strong SDLC, code quality, testing, and static analysis practices.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and stakeholders to improve ML ways of working.

Required Skills

• Strong Python and ML Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, and TFX.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, ML pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD/CT, CML, containerization, and Artifact Registry.
• Knowledge of Pylint, code coverage, and static code analysis.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
