Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

The Role

• Measure works from M&E design drawings.
• Review designs and identify any issues, omissions or changes.
• Produce accurate costings for design changes and variations.
• Raise and manage Early Warnings.
• Work closely with the Planner and Design Team to ensure programme changes are reflected commercially.
• Present costs and commercial information to the client.
• Support commercial reporting throughout the project.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong understanding of design-stage commercial management.
• Experience pricing variations and change control.
• Good knowledge of NEC contracts and Early Warnings.
• Able to read and interpret M&E design drawings.
• Previous experience on major infrastructure, airport or complex M&E projects would be advantageous.
• Ideally based within commuting distance of Heathrow.
