Summary: The Senior Lending Technology Business Analyst will lead the IT integration work stream for the implementation of Loan IQ, focusing on the replacement of legacy lending systems in a corporate banking context. The role requires extensive experience in commercial banking operations, stakeholder management, and software development lifecycles. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of integration components and facilitate workshops to gather requirements. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of lending products and processes are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT integration work stream of Loan IQ with various upstream and downstream systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders across headquarters, US, and within the European context to ensure clear communication, alignment, and support for the project.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and the PM.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and reviews with key stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns.
  • Establish and document target business processes for integration.
  • Support design for integration features and document high-level interface design.
  • Contribute to high-level strategy for system integration testing (SIT).

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT business analysis and systems integration.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development process and overall project life cycle.
  • Knowledge and work experience of banking products and finance, with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and control workstreams effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand business user requirements.
  • Excellent business acumen and client-facing skills.
  • Technically and architecturally aware.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of lending business and processes.
  • Experience with loan and lending platforms, particularly Loan IQ.

  • Knowledge of REST API, enterprise service bus, and message formats.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent (desirable).
