Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.

- Offer advice concerning direct investments and funds.
- Instruct external counsel when required.
- Liaise with regulators such as the FCA.
- Participate in business-wide projects and change programs.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years PQE in a relevant legal field.
- Experience in a financial services environment, either in-house or at a reputable law firm.
- Background in Corporate, Commercial, or Investment Management law.
- Commonwealth qualified lawyers encouraged to apply.

September start preferred City office with hybrid working Option for part time, 4 days/week Commonwealth qualified lawyers also encouraged to apply Looking for a background in Corporate, Investments OR Commercial Reporting to the Head of Legal, as an integral part of a small team you will have a varied remit including:
- draft, review and negotiation of commercial contracts
- transactional support on M&A such as acquisition of infrastructure assets and related documentation
- provision of advice concerning direct investments and funds
- instructing external counsel when required
- liaising with regulators such as the FCA
- involvement on business-wide projects and change programs
To be considered for this role you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained ideally in a financial services environment, either in a similar in-house position or relevant team within a reputable law firm. Flexible on background from either Corporate, Commercial, Investment Management.
