Summary: The Senior Legal Counsel position at a growing fintech company involves providing comprehensive legal advice on finance transactions and supporting the launch of new products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on all legal matters relating to the group with a focus on finance transactions.
• Work closely with heads of business divisions to launch new products and services, advising during the structuring phase.
• Assist with project-management aspects and implement the necessary contractual framework.
• Oversee the negotiation, review, and drafting of various agreements crucial to the group’s operations.
• Handle legal disputes and litigations, engaging with external counsel where necessary.
• Advise on employment law matters.
• Responsible for ISDA negotiations.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years PQE.
• Experience in financial services transactions.
