Senior Employment Counsel - EMEA
London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 WFH)
Contract 4 Months
Salary Rate: £140,000 per annum/pro rata)
We're partnering with a global technology organisation to appoint a Senior Employment Counsel into a high-performing in-house legal team.
This is a commercially focused role advising on complex employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international business.
The Role
- Advise on a broad range of employment law matters across EMEA
- Partner with HR on employee relations (performance, terminations, investigations, leave)
- Manage employment litigation and external counsel
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and frameworks
- Provide pragmatic, risk-based legal advice aligned to business goals
- Support M&A activity from an employment law perspective
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (UK, Ireland or EU)
- 6+ years' employment law experience (law firm or in-house)
- Strong multi-jurisdictional experience across EMEA
- Proven litigation and dispute management experience
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in a multinational or technology environment preferred
