Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Deputy General Counsel with firm governance and regulatory matters.
- Advise on governance codes and regulatory compliance, including the Audit Firm Governance Code.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Business and Enabling Functions on regulatory matters.
- Oversee the production of governance-related documents and liaise with stakeholders.
- Lead the Company Secretary function and ensure best-in-class services.
- Support the professional development of the Company Secretarial team.
- Advise on LLP and Partnership interpretation matters.
- Develop knowledge of best practices in corporate governance.
