My client, a private equity backed Construction company, are searching for a Corporate lawyer to join their team on a 12 month FTC. To report to the Group General Counsel, this role is focused on a blend of Corporate and Commercial work, to start at the beginning of March. Responsibilities include:Supporting on M&A, working with the corporate development team. Corporate reorganisations and restructurings undertaken by the group. Advising on customer, supplier and commercial contracts. Supporting on implementation of group initiatives. The successful candidate most have at least 6 years PQE as a Solicitor in England and Wales with a background in general corporate law.
