Summary: Looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in Insurance and a deep understanding of the underwriting life cycle. The role requires hands-on Business Analysis expertise and the ability to lead a team of Business Analysts. The position is hybrid, based in London or North West England, with an initial contract until the end of 2026. The programme is expected to run into 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Business Analysts across a major underwriting transformation programme.
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Analyse and improve underwriting processes, with a particular focus on the pre-bind life cycle.
Key Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis experience within the Insurance market.
- Excellent understanding of the underwriting life cycle, particularly pre-bind processes.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring Business Analysts.
- Experience implementing an Underwriting Workbench or Orchestration platform from a client/business perspective would be highly desirable.

Looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong Insurance background and deep understanding of the underwriting life cycle. Must have hands on Business Analysis expertise, as well as the ability to lead a team of Business Analysts.
£650-£700 per day (Umbrella)
Initial contract until the end of 2026 (programme expected to run into 2027)
Hybrid - London or North West England (typically 1 day per week onsite for key workshops and meetings)
