  • Define objectives, KPIs, and requirements for the team, reporting on B2B initiatives.
  • Oversee the sub-regional B2B budget, ensuring effective planning and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of B2B specialists, cultivating an inclusive culture.

YOUR MISSION Develop a localized B2B activation calendar aligned with the Sub-Regional Marketing plan, coordinating closely with Brand Marketing, Brand Activation, and Sales teams. Ensure executional excellence by adapting global and regional guidelines to the local market, consistently delivering our premium brand experience across all touchpoints. Create Key City and Cultural Calendars to build local activation plans and identify opportunities - collaborating closely with the EMEA Brand Experience team Implement a holistic omni-channel approach by working closely with the marketplace team, and EMEA Strategic Partners team. Collaborate with Brand Experience to deliver a premium presence at point of sale and plan staff education, VM, sales support and product testing accordingly in partnership with the local Brand Activation team Foster strong, enduring relationships with key accounts and in partnership with the commercial teams Develop strategic account plans for future business and brand growth Define clear objectives, KPIs, and requirements for your team - reporting on B2B initiatives as well as bringing data-driven insights into the sub-regional commercial teams Oversee the sub-regional B2B budget, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and reporting on all marketing activations. Lead and mentor a team of B2B specialists, cultivating an inclusive and forward-thinking culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.

YOUR PROFILE Typically 7–10 years experience in retail marketing, B2B activation, or brand experience. Ideally within sports, premium/lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods sectors. Proven ability to develop and execute 12-month+ omni-channel activation plans, aligning with brand and commercial goals. Strong expertise in delivering impactful campaigns at point of sale (physical & digital), including POS tools, staff education, and partner support. Solid understanding of premium brand positioning and how to translate global strategies into locally relevant retail activations. Demonstrated success in budget ownership, strategic planning, campaign reporting, and performance tracking using KPIs and data insights. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, aligning with Brand Marketing, Sales, Brand Activation, and Strategic Partner teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing key accounts and influencing stakeholders. Confident in leading and mentoring teams, fostering an inclusive, innovative, and results-driven culture. Fluent or C1+ level in English; additional North EMEA regional language(s) are a strong plus.
