Senior Kafka Platform Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Kafka Specialist to support a company based in. This role would suit a strong Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with deep Kafka expertise and a background in cloud native infrastructure and automation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Vast hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Strong experience with Kubernetes
• Experience on cloud with either Azure or AWS.
• Reliability, scalability and performance tuning expertise.
• Monitoring, alerting and incident response experience.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience managing and supporting highly available, production-critical environments
• Infrastructure automation and operational excellence mindset
