The role is a 12-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring one day a week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of front and back-end applications.
- Deliver features and improvements to support the digital roadmap.
- Develop APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Work with cloud technologies such as AWS.
- Utilize GraphQL and Nest.js in development.
- Participate in a scrum-based agile team.
- Conduct hands-on testing using TDD and DDD methodologies.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on Full Stack development skills in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Heavy hands-on testing experience (TDD, DDD).
- Extensive experience developing APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.

Leading eCommerce client now requires a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to contribute towards the design and development of their evolving digital ecosystem. You will work across their front and back-end applications delivering features and improvements to support their digital roadmap. Key Requirements: Strong hands-on Full Stack development skills – React.js, Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript. Heavy hands-on testing experience (TDD, DDD). Extensive experience developing APIs/Event driven architectures and working with cloud technologies such as AWS. GraphQL/ Nest.js experience Used to working in a scrum based agile team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running. This is an initial 12-month contract role which provides a daily rate of £575 (Outside IR35). In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 1 day per week in their London office and the rest remote.
