Senior Java Developer - Financial Services - Essex

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Designing and building high-scale Back End services using Java
• Developing secure and resilient identity and access management solutions
• Working on systems supporting high-volume transactional workloads in a regulated environment
• Applying Test Driven Development (TDD) throughout the software development lifecycle

Required Skills/Experience

• Strong experience in Back End software engineering
• Pair Programming experience
• Test driven development
• Strong Java development experience
• Strong IAM (Identity Access Management preferably Oauth & Azure)
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience designing & building high-scale Back End services
• Mentoring Junior Engineers
