Summary: The Senior Ivalua Technical Specialist will lead the technical delivery of a significant procurement transformation programme, focusing on the technical components of a large-scale Ivalua deployment. This role requires an expert in Ivalua who excels in complex integration environments, overseeing architecture, migration, testing, and technical delivery. The specialist will ensure seamless integration between Ivalua and the enterprise landscape while managing implementation and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce technical specifications covering architecture, interfaces and security requirements.
  • Lead integrations between Ivalua and enterprise systems using API, ETL and EAI methodologies.
  • Design and execute technical migration strategies.
  • Define and manage development, test and production environments.
  • Deliver advanced Ivalua configurations and custom business rules.
  • Manage System Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Support and resolve issues throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
  • Work closely with functional teams, ERP specialists and third-party vendors to deliver programme objectives.

Key Skills:

  • 5–7 years of technical Ivalua implementation experience.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale Ivalua deployments.
  • Strong integration expertise across API, ETL and EAI solutions.
  • Expert SQL skills.
  • Proven experience integrating Ivalua with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies including REST, SOAP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, XML, JSON, CSV, CXML and EDI.
  • Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ivalua Technical Specialist to join a high-profile enterprise implementation, playing a pivotal role in delivering the technical components of a large-scale Ivalua deployment.
