Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize ITSM tooling solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Produce clear design documentation ensuring alignment with service management processes and security requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to improve service efficiency, resilience, and automation.
- Shape scalable tooling architectures that support long-term operational needs.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, BMC Helix, CA Service Desk, Cherwell, Freshworks, or ManageEngine.
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, and eTOM processes.
- Experience designing secure, large-scale ITSM solutions across complex estates.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, PKI, and certificate management.
- Scripting and development knowledge including SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, Power BI, and reporting tools.
