Summary: The Senior IT Support Analyst at Wonderfield Group is responsible for delivering high-quality IT services, focusing on troubleshooting, installation, application support, and project work. The role requires a blend of business-as-usual support and project management, ensuring effective service management across various business lines. The position demands strong analytical and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and cloud technologies. The analyst will contribute to optimizing IT service processes and supporting new site deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality IT support and services to business lines/units.
- Troubleshoot, install, and support applications while maintaining documentation.
- Manage incidents and changes according to ITIL framework.
- Collaborate with third-party support for problem resolution.
- Participate in project management and delivery of IT services.
- Optimize and improve IT service processes and procedures.
- Support new site deliveries and ensure effective system performance.
Key Skills:
- Excellent 2nd line IT support experience with some 3rd line experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident/change management.
- Proficient in Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Windows 10 & 11, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies and Azure administration.
- Good knowledge of HP hardware and endpoint protection software.
- Driving Licence.
