Summary: The Senior IT Security Architect will be responsible for implementing security architectural designs within a leading Financial Services organization, focusing on their on-premises Windows server infrastructure. This long-term contract role requires collaboration with Security Engineers and Operations teams to manage vulnerabilities and enhance security measures. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days per week in the office in London. The role is classified as inside IR35, with a day rate of £800.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building security into infrastructure and architecture designs
• Work with Security Engineers and the Operations team regarding the management of vulnerabilities, risks, and remediation methods
• Identify new security threats and assess the effectiveness of current controls to pinpoint opportunities for program improvement

Key Skills:

• At least 6+ years of Security Architecture experience
• Recent experience building security into On-Prem Infrastructure
• Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance
• Experience with SIEM, Vulnerability Management, DLP, PAM, IDAM & Endpoint Protection
• Previous experience conducting risk assessments and threat modelling
