Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, RAID logs and governance.
- Coordinate Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Information Security and Business stakeholders.
- Deliver projects across SWIFT messaging, payment processing and cash management platforms.
- Drive ISO 20022 and MX migration initiatives.
- Manage vendors, third-party delivery partners and Statements of Work.
- Lead testing, cutover planning and deployment activities.
- Produce executive-level reporting and steer governance forums.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record delivering payments-focused IT programmes within Banking.
- Strong SWIFT MT and MX messaging knowledge.
- Demonstrable ISO 20022 experience.
- Understanding of CHAPS, SEPA and Target2.
- Experience with cross-border payments and payment operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong governance, risk and dependency management capabilities.
- Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery experience.
