Summary: We are seeking a Senior IT Programme Manager with extensive experience in Autonomous Manufacturing IT, specifically within the pharma industry. The role involves engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver transformation programs and requires expertise in managing complex global IT transformations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be adept at implementing program controls and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce program controls (stage gates, baselines, risk/issue management, and benefits realization).
- Lead program governance, including Steering Committee preparation and vendor/PMO alignment.
- Drive delivery discipline and ensure timely escalation of issues with clear resolution options.
- Coordinate global deployment waves, including readiness, adoption, and training.
- Manage VP-level stakeholders and create decision-ready reporting packs.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year global IT transformations within the pharma industry or similarly regulated sectors.
- Proven track record in large-scale technology rollouts and managing change impacts across global IT and business teams.
- Experience managing significant recurring annual budgets and orchestrating large blended teams across 8–12 workstreams and multiple regions.
- Familiarity with enterprise manufacturing IT landscapes, GMP, and CSV is preferred.
