My client a Global Retailer is now looking to hire a Senior IP Lawyer on a 12 month FTC to start as soon as possible. In this global role you will report into the Head of Legal and work closely with the senior leadership team advising on a broad array of IP related matters including: advising on brand protection strategy helping to manage and protect the brand and trade mark rights supporting stakeholders on any IP disputes and litigation, with the support of external counsel advising the business on trademarks, copyright and design matters provide support on brand and licensing agreements The ideal candidate will likely have 7-15+ years' PQE as an IP Lawyer with extensive experience of advising brand rich organisations on non-contentious and contentious IP matters. You will be confident, commercial and diplomatic with an ability to lead negotiations and navigate often complex issues.
