Morson Edge are currently working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit a Senior Interior Designer for their London studio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking and technically driven design team delivering large-scale, high-profile projects across the defence, energy and public sector sectors. Initially joining on a 12-month maternity cover contract, this role is viewed as a long-term strategic hire due to a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work, with genuine potential for extension or permanent transition.

The OpportunityWe are looking to speak with experienced Senior Interior Designers who can lead and deliver technically complex projects while managing client relationships and supporting multidisciplinary collaboration. The successful candidate will work on major programmes requiring high levels of technical coordination, sustainability awareness and stakeholder engagement, within a studio focused on progressive and regenerative design approaches. This role would suit someone confident managing projects, presenting to clients and delivering high-quality technical interior design solutions within large project environments.
