Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through in-depth discovery to understand current-state environments
- Develop comprehensive, customised hybrid infrastructure solutions spanning on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud technologies
- Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines aligned with client expectations and project objectives
- Manage technical implementation, coordinating internal and external resources for successful deployment and configuration
- Lead technical discovery workshops, translating requirements into high- and low-level designs
- Develop solutions leveraging Dell, Nutanix, Cisco, Microsoft & AWS technologies
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their digital transformation and AI adoption journey
Essential Skills & Experience
- Knowledge and expertise in hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise compute and storage, backup & recovery solutions, networking and security, and cloud platforms
- Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Solid understanding of virtualization, backup, DR, and security best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen and strong business/industry awareness
- Ability to adapt to change
