Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end technical systems and software projects, primarily Salesforce-based
- Lead initiatives across Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration (Apex, workflows, admin changes)
- Manage discovery, design, and delivery phases
- Deliver AI-enabled solutions, including lead management and customer data platforms integrated with Salesforce
- Work closely with in-house developers, Salesforce product specialists, data teams, business analysts, and QAs
- Bring structure and clarity to a delivery environment where processes are still being defined
- Support prioritisation across a large and complex demand pipeline (200+ initiatives)

This is a hands-on delivery role in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a large volume of initiatives and limited established governance. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating with ambiguity, raising delivery standards, and driving outcomes without constant direction. This role focuses on applications and systems delivery, not infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end technical systems and software projects, primarily Salesforce-based
- Lead initiatives across Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration (Apex, workflows, admin changes)
- Manage discovery, design, and delivery phases (not a pure Azure DevOps execution role)
- Deliver AI-enabled solutions, including lead management and customer data platforms integrated with Salesforce
- Work closely with: In-house developers (8–10) Salesforce product specialists Data teams, Business Analysts, and QAs
- Bring structure and clarity to a delivery environment where processes are still being defined
- Support prioritisation across a large and complex demand pipeline (200+ initiatives)
