Detailed Description From Employer:

Business Analyst – Technology 12 Month FTC PE-Backed Wealth-Tech Platform

Our client is a business at the forefront of wealth-tech transformation. A private equity-backed growth platform that is scaling rapidly with an ambitious wealth creation vision that combines product, data, digital capability and integrated service delivery. With recent investment fuelling its next growth phase, technology now plays a pivotal role in how the firm unlocks value and builds its future. Upcoming projects sit at the heart of this growth.

Background

A central Innovations Division has been built and acts as the engine room of change across the group. A central function that brings together product, infrastructure, development and operational transformation, it is where high-impact projects are designed and delivered. From digital tool development to modernising core systems, this team enables the business to grow smarter, faster, and more connected. Importantly, the division is built for adaptability. There is no fixed toolkit or rigid delivery framework. Instead, it brings together capable, curious individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, think critically, and can flex their approach depending on the needs of each initiative.

The Requirement

This newly created Business Analyst role reflects both the momentum and ambition of the organisation. Joining an established group of experienced technical BA’s, you will take the lead on a range of diverse projects, often working solo on key programmes. This is not a narrow functional role. The scope is broad: digital application builds, infrastructure upgrades, operational transformation and more. One programme might centre on developing a proprietary platform, the next on improving internal tools or responding to regulatory demands. The variety is high, and so is the expectation. You’ll be the go-to for analysis on the projects you support. That means translating business needs into structured plans, navigating technical conversations with confidence, and engaging directly with stakeholders from across the organisation. In short, you will bring clarity to complexity and momentum to delivery.

The Ideal Profile

Solid technical business analysis experience in financial services or another regulated, project-rich environment

Ability to operate independently on complex, high-visibility initiatives

Comfortable working across digital, product, operational and infrastructure domains

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Adaptable delivery style with broad exposure to methodologies and tools

Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth businesses

This is an opportunity to step into a role and team with high-impact and support meaningful transformation. The right person will thrive on variety, responsibility and challenge, gaining rare access to strategic programmes and the senior team driving them. If you’re ready to shape change in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment, we’d love to hear from you.
