What you'll own:

Strategy & Leadership

• Set the direction for the IDAM transformation roadmap, aligned to cybersecurity strategy and regulatory obligations
• Act as primary SME across the programme - guiding stakeholders, technology teams and suppliers
• Champion IDAM best practice and embed policies and standards organisation-wide

Delivery

• Lead implementation of core IDAM capabilities: JML life cycle management, RBAC, PAM, authentication/access management, and access certification
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, supporting procurement and supplier delivery
• Oversee suppliers and technology teams to keep delivery on-spec and on-contract
• Migrate Legacy IAM processes into the new target-state model

Governance & Assurance

• Design new operating processes, governance forums and performance metrics
• Define clear ownership across internal teams and external providers
• Build reporting that tracks control effectiveness, risk, and IDAM performance
• Drive continuous improvement in privileged access, segregation of duties, and identity governance

What you bring:

• A proven track record delivering IDAM transformation programmes end-to-end
• Deep, hands-on experience designing, implementing and running IDAM technologies and controls
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field
• Certifications like OSCP, CEH or CISSP are a strong plus
