Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Lead and manage 4–6 concurrent IAM-related workstreams
• Coordinate across internal IT teams, business units, and third-party vendors
• Ensure timely delivery by tracking milestones, managing risks, and resolving blockers
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and handle escalations effectively
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails throughout the project lifecycle

Key Skills:

• 8–10 years of project management experience with a strong focus on IAM or security transformation
• Proven delivery of end-to-end IAM projects using tools such as One Identity, SailPoint, Oracle, or Microsoft Identity platforms
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance frameworks
• Experience navigating large, matrixed organisations—ideally within financial services or regulated industries
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with regulatory change, enterprise-scale mergers, or legal entity transitions is a plus
