Summary: The Senior IAM Business Analyst role involves driving the end-to-end delivery and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities within a consultancy environment. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define requirements, maintain governance, and support system integration and user training. This is a hybrid role based in Manchester, requiring three days on-site each week. The contract is initially set until August 30, 2026, with a start date of February 16, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery and implementation of IAM capabilities.
- Work closely with IAM architects, product owners, engineers, and senior stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Define end-to-end solutions and maintain governance and controls.
- Develop and maintain process flows.
- Support system integration, user adoption, and training related to IGA product uplifts.
Key Skills:
- Deep expertise in IAM/IGA.
- Strong understanding of IAM governance and control ownership.
