Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute actively to the development and execution of divisional people plans by leading critical HR programme projects that align with business priorities.
- Oversee the annual cycle of people activities such as pay reviews, performance calibration sessions, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure consistent delivery of best practice.
- Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters including organisational design, restructuring, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, performance management, and resource planning.
- Balance external market trends with internal policies when delivering HR solutions that support both compliance and innovation within the business.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify cultural levers and design interventions that foster a supportive and high-performing workplace environment.
- Lead organisational change efforts by applying expertise in organisational development, change management methodologies, and employee engagement strategies.
- Work collaboratively with business leaders to develop strategic workforce plans that anticipate current needs while preparing for future growth.
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform data-driven decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programmes across all levels of the organisation.
