Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partners and senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance and challenge
- Develop and deliver people plans aligned to business and firm-wide strategy
- Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver commercially aligned people solutions
- Deliver cyclical HR activities, including performance, reward and talent processes
- Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact
- Lead HR projects and initiatives across the firm
- Line manage and develop HR Advisors
- Support complex and high-risk ER matters in partnership with specialist teams

This is a high-profile opportunity supporting a complex client group of Partners and senior leaders during a period of strategic change and transformation. For these roles we’re specifically looking for senior HRBP experience and capability gained in Professional Service settings such as Legal, Financial Services, white collar consultancy.
The Role
